Please note:  Your call will be received promptly and handled with care, confidentiality and professionalism. Our Administrator, Carol-An, is trained to collect your information. Then our Director will refer you to the appropriate counselor.

The Centre's hours of operation are Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. 

Note: These are the Centre's business hours. Counselling times are very flexible to your schedule including evenings.
