Suicide Action Wilmot Wellesley asked members of our community to share what they do to cope during times of stress. More than two dozen people contributed to a community video, called “Overwhelmed”, explaining what they do when they’re feeling stressed.

The project was initiated by SAWW as a way to highlight that it’s not unusual to feel anxious and overwhelmed.
