As a not-for-profit agency, ICC is dedicated to providing accessible, professional counselling services to everyone, regardless of financial status. Counselling fees are based on income level and will be determined when you call to initiate counselling.
Those who live in the Waterloo Region may be eligible for subsidies. Individuals are asked to have available their Insurance and/or Employee Assistance Program information to assist us in determining the best means of funding for counselling.
