Children and Teens

Cool Kids

This is a play-based group for children ages 8-11 with anxiety, which includes a separate concurrent group for the child's parent or caregiver. Children will learn to recognize symptoms of anxiety, calming strategies, alternate patterns of thinking, and how to face their fears.

Adults

Understanding Me

This group provides education and support for women who have experienced emotional or physical abuse within their intimate relationship.

Mindfulness and Self-Compassion

This group offers skills, practices and tools to support you in accepting and loving yourself, building inner strength, resilience and thriving in you own life.

Emotional Regulation using DBT skills

This group focuses on learning mindfulness and cognitive skills to better understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours and the techniques to change them.

Caregiver Support Group

This group covers topics such as self-care, personal boundaries, coping strategies, and relationship skills.

The Aldaview Program

This is a life skills-oriented group and is designed for Individuals with developmental challenges. This program is subsidized by the Counselling Collaborative Program. "The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work"-For Pre-Marital, Common Law and Married Couples. Do you have difficulty communicating? Are you stuck, arguing in circles about the same issues? Or are you in a good relationship and would like to make it even better? THEN, THIS COUPLES WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU!

Living With Grief

In partnership with Bereaved Families of Ontario, this in person support group is designed to provide a compassionate and supportive space for those experiencing grief.
