Couples counselling assists couples in working toward conflict resolution, or to strengthen the partnership overall. Most commonly, couples work on areas of communication, emotional connection, parenting or preparation for major life changes. This type of counselling is suitable for couples of all marital statuses.
Family counselling supports family members in working through issues such as communication, conflict, separation/divorce, blended family challenges, grief, illness, and connection.
ICC offers video counselling, making counselling support accessible even when in-person counselling is not an option.
